Utilizing the Intelligent Patient Communication System (IPCS) from Brennan & Pike, the system will customize the call script based on the age of the account, financial class, patient demographics. The system will consolidate all accounts for each guarantor to ensure one polite and friendly call.

Our highly trained and professional Customer Service Representatives will be able to answer any questions that may be causing a barrier to resolving the account. We often discover missing or inaccurate insurance information in time to submit a claim, helping you create a satisfied patient. Based on your criteria, our representatives will arrange Free Care Applications, Budget Payment arrangements, and of course payment in full.

All phone calls are recorded and notated into the IPC System. Each night the system generates an electronic file containing telephone attempts, bad phone numbers, phone conversations, payment arrangements, and new insurance information. This file may then be uploaded into your system so that your staff will always have first hand knowledge of our progress to resolution. In addition to the data file that is produced, the IPC System generates a flexible Action Report which provides important information learned during the telephone call. Acting on this information creates an ROI for the hospital and a satisfied patient. The report may be sorted in several ways depending on which will be the most effective for your organization.

In addition to all of the above; the IPCS is integrated into our Telephony System, which gives you the option of recording phone conversations with your patients. The IPC System digitizes the conversation to a data file, which allows you to play or store the recording on any computer. Should you desire, you also have the ability to listen remotely to phone conversations with your Patients, right from convenience of your office.
